FAMILY AND ESTATE

The Family and Estate Practice comprise the technical counselling of clients in lawsuits involving, among others, the dissolution of matrimony, common-law marriage, interdiction, tutelage guardianship and support payments.

With regards to estate law, the attorneys act not only in inventories and authorizations on behalf of the clients, but also in advising them in an extra judicial level in order to prepare wills and donations and to guide them in the implementation of secession planning.
