firm is prepared to act on issues regarding new technologies, as
well as in the field of environmental law. With respect to IT practice,
the firm is involved in the drafting and amending of technology
transfer agreements, e-commerce partnerships deals and outsourcing
contracts.
In reference to the environmental law, the firm has assisted its
clients in obtaining the necessary licenses before public bodies.
Furthermore, Gomes de Araujo is engaged in structuring several types
of environmental projects, including those related to the Clean
Development Mechanism – CDM.
