 LEGAL
              DUE DILIGENCE
The legal due diligence practice aims to identify and classify, according
to the degree of risk in a given case, the principal contingencies
and risks in which the company is involved. In
this sense, the main contracts, assessments and judicial and administrative
claims, that may affect the company’s activities, are analysed. Such
a procedure is very important to identify and address possible legal
problems, as well as being a useful tool for the economic evaluation
              of companies to be acquired.
